3. Return Policies, Exchanges
Product that you purchase directly from Ambry may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with Ambry's return policy in effect on the date of the invoice or acknowledgement. You must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product to obtain a Return Authorization Number for you to include with your return. Failure to obtain a return authorization number before you return you product will result in a 20% restock fee for an unauthorized return. You must return Product to us in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply.
If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Ambry, Ambry is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.

Contact Ambry to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This is available on our web site by going to "order tracking" and selecting "return an item". Then, just follow the instructions on the screen. |

If returning a product within 10 days from purchase for a non-defective item, you will be credited the full amount paid (excluding software if opened) on your invoice. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges to Ambry's warehouse in Addison, Texas. |

If returning a product between 11 days and up to 30 days from date of purchase for a non-defective item, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges to Ambry's warehouse in Addison, Texas. In addition a restocking fee of 20% will apply. |

We will only accept non-defective product returns for a period of 30 days from the invoice date. |

If a part is proven to be defective within 90 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent in exchange at no charge. Also, Ambry will issue a call tag for the return of the defective part at no additional charge. |
Basically, if Ambry sends you a defective or wrong part, we will correct the problem at no additional charge to the customer. If the customer orders the wrong part or the requirement for the particular part changes, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and after 10 days from purchase an additional restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.
