Checkout is divided into four main sections which are listed below.

1. Shipping

[ Delivery Address ]
The first page in "checkout" will ask for information on your delivery address. Fill in the required fields which are marked with an asterisk ( * ). Required fields are; first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, and country. After completely filling in the required fields, click the “continue checkout” button. You will not be able to proceed to the next step until you have filled out all of the required fields.

THIS IS THE ADDRESS WHERE YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED.

[ Delivery Method ]
After entering your shipping information and clicking the "continue checkout" button, The next page in the shipping section will show you the delivery options. On this page, select the delivery method and shipping cost that best fits your needs (Faster delivery = More expensive; Slower delivery = Less expensive). On this page, you will also have the option to choose “drop ship (blind ship)”. This option is for Resellers only. Private parties do not need concern themselves with this option. After choosing your delivery method, proceed to the next page by clicking on the “Continue Checkout” button.

THIS IS THE DELIVERY METHOD OF YOUR PACKAGE. PLEASE BE ACCURATE.
All packages are shipped via UPS. If you disagree with the shipping cost, please go to the UPS web site at www.ups.com or call 1-800-pick-ups. Ambry only charges UPS posted rates.

2. Payment

[ Payment Types ]
After completing the shipping section, the next page in "checkout" will show your payment options. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa), Paypal or Wire Transfer. If you choose to pay with Paypal or Wire Transfer, select the corresponding payment method and fill in all of the required fields. If you select credit card as your payment and are hesitant about entering your credit card information on the internet you may check mark the box that states "Prefer to call in your credit card number after submitting this order". You will have to call Ambry and give us the information over the phone. No orders will be shipped without having accurate and complete payment information. Be assured that if you chose to enter the information on our web site, the 2048 bit encryption through Entrust makes your submitted information very secure. Be sure that the billing address entered on our sight matches the address where your credit card statement is delivered. A valid email address is needed so we can email your order confirmation and tracking information and in the event of a problem, a phone number is needed so we can contact you. The "use my purchase order # on this order" is a reference field that can be used to display information on the packing slip. After all required fields are completed, click "continue checkout" to proceed to the next step.
 
[ Paypal ]
If Paypal is selected as the form of payment on your order, make sure your Paypal email address matches your order email address. After your order is submitted you will receive an email from Ambry.com that will provide a link to your Paypal account so you can complete the payment. Ambry does not automatically withdraw funds from your Paypal account. You have to follow the link sent in the Paypal confirmation email to make a Paypal payment. Failure to submit the Paypal payment will delay your order.
[ wire transfer ]
If wire transfer is selected as the form of payment on your order, you will receive an email containing instructions to complete the wire transfer after your order is submitted. This email will be sent to the email address listed on the order. Wire transfers usually take 3-7 business days to complete. Failure to submit the wire transfer will delay your order.
THIS IS YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER. PLEASE BE ACCURATE. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED WITHOUT COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION.

3. Review

This is the comprehensive information that you submitted to Ambry. You will need to verify the accuracy of your information. If you need to edit an address, name, etc. click on the "edit" button that corresponds to the information that you want to change. This page will also give you the option to add a comment on the order. This field will only be viewed by Ambry. Requests to have packages left without signature will not be acted upon. Signature is required on receipt of the package. Once all the information is verified, click "Submit this order." Please click only once, otherwise your order may be duplicated.
 
YOU MUST CLICK THE "Submit This order" BUTTON OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PLACED.

4. Submit

After the order is submitted, print a copy of the order confirmation for your own record. You will receive an email confirming your order was received.
