• How do I find the part number that I need?
The easiest way to find a part number, is to look on the existing part for a label showing the manufacter's part number. Examples for different manufacturers are shown below. If you are unable to locate the part number, call the manufacturer of your computer and provide them with the model number, serial number and description
of the part you want. They will provide you the most current replacement information available. Ambry is unable to search for part numbers by the model or serial number from your computer. The most accurate source will always be the manufacturer.

• How do I search for my part number @ ambry.com?
When you have the correct part number, enter the number, including the hyphen if applicable, into the search field at the top of the page ( do NOT enter the manufacturer's name or spaces ). Then click the search button.
Examples of different manufacturer's part numbers: Compaq 313715-001 Hewlet Packard F21111-60947 IBM 92P1131.

• How do I estimate shipping costs on my order?
After you add the part(s) you want to order to your shopping cart. Click on the "Estimate Shipping Cost" button.
A popup window will open. Type in the zip code of the delivery address and click on the "Estimate Shipping Cost" button. The costs associated with the available delivery methods will be displayed for the current items in your shopping cart. These shipping costs are only estimates. NOT ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN ALL AREAS. |
• How do I order my part?
After entering your part number and clicking search, the next page will show the search results. Click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart.
The "Shopping Cart" allows you to update the quantity if needed. When ready to continue, click the "Check Out Here" button.
The "Begin Checkout" page allows you to select our secure checkout by clicking the "Secure Checkout" button. Or, if you are a registered customer, you can select the "One Click Checkout" button to log in.
In the "Checkout" will need you to fill in your delivery address, payment information and billing information. After completing your entries, a review page will allow you to look over your information. When satisfied everything is correct, click the "Submit Order" button.
After clicking "Submit This Order" button, you will have the option to print the order information. We highly recommend printing this information for your records. Ambry will begin processing your order and email a confirmation that we received it to the email address you entered in checkout. |
• How do I Pay for my order?
During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Our website is encryted with Verisign Secured™ which offers a $100,000 identity assurance warranty. If you still have any reservation about entering your credit card information on our website, we do have an additional option available on the payment screen. A check box is provided for you to choose to call in your credit card information. PLEASE NOTE: you should only call us after you have completed and submitted your order. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY AMBRY.

• How do I track my order status?
To find the status of your order, go to the "Order Tracking" tab and click on the "Check Your Order Status". On the "Order Tracking" page enter your purchase order or Ambry's order reference number. To ensure you view the correct order, enter the billing zip code of your order and then click the "Get My Order Status" button. The current status of your order will be displayed.

• Do I need to register online before ordering a part?
No need to register. Go ahead and order the parts you require. If you are a reseller and want to avoid sales tax charges, fax your home state's sales tax exemption certificate to our FAX NUMBER: 214.357.5851. We will review your order for a sales tax exemption.
If you would like to use all the features available on our web site ( online express ordering, real-time tracking and site management tools ) you can register by going to the "Log In - My Account" tab and click on "New Customers - Register Here"

• I see you are located in Addison, TX. Can I pick up my part?
No. Ambry's Addison office is mainly a sales and administration location. Most of our inventory is dispersed in satellite warehouses throughout the nation. The only way for you to receive your part is for us to ship it to you.
